I think for all you've been through that you have turned out to be quite a unique and special person. My father was an abusive person who made our lives, or should I say "what" lives "hell". But in retrospect I guess I am grateful that he was apart of my life, although I would not want to relive any of it. I would not be the person I am today nor would I have learned the lessons I did had I not gone through what I had. I wish you all the best.
